When I teach my yoga classes whether in person or online, I aim to create a sacred space for gentle healing. I create this space for you to connect with your own body, to gently release tension and fatigue from the body and mind while uniting your mind, body and soul. I am there as a guide to ensure you have the foundations in each pose and to then let you explore and connect to your body from there. You are in the class for your own personal experience and I would love to be part of your healing journey.
