This 90 min workshop is an introduction to the seven main energy centers in our bodies.

We will cover
♥ What Chakras are
♥ What each Chakra represents
♥ The aliments and illness blockages in each Chakra can lead to
♥ How to open your Chakras
♥ How understanding your energy centers can improve your life

Everyone who attends will receive a pendulum Chakra reading, light afternoon snacks and organic herbal tea provided.

Yoga Basics Workshop

Have you always wanted to go to a yoga class but felt a little intimidated? Or maybe you went to one class and got completely lost, or maybe you have been going for a while and you want to check your alignment but don’t get the opportunity in the class.

This Yoga Basics workshop isn’t like a yoga class where there isn’t always a chance to ask questions or to have your alignment checked before flowing into the next pose.

We will cover
🕉Pranayama (controlled breathing)
🕉When to inhale and when you exhale (and what to do if your breathing isn’t insnyc with your teachers’ ques)
🕉Downward facing dog alignment (a pose you come back to in many yoga classes)
🕉Sun Salutations
🕉Other poses
🕉Why we say Namaste at the end of our practice
🕉Anything else you want to know

It will be run workshop style, so plenty of time for questions and individual assistance. The workshop will end with a 20min gentle flow and relaxing meditation.

Recharge - Weekend Yoga Retreat

Recharge at a weekend retreat on the beautiful Lake Cullulleraine. There will be plenty of yoga, meditation, workshops, delicious food and personal time on the lake.

All yoga classes and workshops are optional, we want to create a magical and rejuvenating experience for your weekend.

Places are limited to ensure each of our guests get lots of support and attention.

Accommodation is dorm style at the Lake Cullulleraine RSL camp building.

Friday 1st March - 6pm official welcome (can arrive from 4pm)
Sunday 3rd March - 3pm departure

Early bird spots are on sale until the 15th of Feb for $297 (after this prices increase to $337)
