Yoga Basics Workshop

Have you always wanted to go to a yoga class but felt a little intimidated? Or maybe you went to one class and got completely lost, or maybe you have been going for a while and you want to check your alignment but don’t get the opportunity in the class.

This Yoga Basics workshop isn’t like a yoga class where there isn’t always a chance to ask questions or to have your alignment checked before flowing into the next pose.

We will cover
🕉Pranayama (controlled breathing)
🕉When to inhale and when you exhale (and what to do if your breathing isn’t insnyc with your teachers’ ques)
🕉Downward facing dog alignment (a pose you come back to in many yoga classes)
🕉Sun Salutations
🕉Other poses
🕉Why we say Namaste at the end of our practice
🕉Anything else you want to know

It will be run workshop style, so plenty of time for questions and individual assistance. The workshop will end with a 20min gentle flow and relaxing meditation.
